Teresa Catalán composes a piece titled "Canción azul" for the Open Music Foundation.
Prof. Teresa Catalán holds the Chair of Composition at Madrid’s Higher Conservatory of Music. Her “Blue Song” will be first performed by Diego Fernández Magdaleno during the Festival of Spanish Music to be held in Cádiz on November 26th.
Francisco García Álvarez composes "Obsesión" for the Open Music Foundation.
Valladolid-born Composer Francisco García Álvarez currently teaches at the Ataúlfo Argenta Music Conservatory in Santander. As a musician, his activity comprises several facets: composer, performer, researcher and teacher. His works have been premiered in music festivals like the Santander International Music Festival, the Andrés Segovia International Festival or the San Sebastian Music Fortnight, among others.
Urueña’s Medieval Quartet to headline a concert titled "Tres culturas, tres músicas" in aid of the Open Music Foundation. Tickets available for €10.

Jesús Legido composes "Four Miniatures" for the Open Music Foundation.
Born in Valladolid, Jesús Legido also studied in Barcelona and Madrid with Xavier Montsalvatge, Antón García Abril and Román Alís. To his work as a composer one must add his teaching assignments at the Reina Sofía Higher School of Music in Madrid.
Armand Grèbol composes "Razón y desencanto" for the Open Music Foundation.
Born in Barcelona and a disciple of Josep Soler, Armand Grèbol has received a number of artistic comissions, including those by the 5th International Week of Contemporary Music and by the World Conference of the International Federation of Joventuts Musicals. He is the current technical secreatry of the "Fundación Música Contemporánea".
