The enjoyment of music is fundamental for everyone: not only listening to it but also participating actively in it. People with disabilities have certain limitations, both physical and cognitive, which make access to the practical aspects difficult. Apart from playing an instrument, dance also constitutes a fundamental form of emotional expression; a way of knowing one’s body better in order to develop physical and mental abilities and build social relationships.
